St Paul’s Place and the Heart of the City project in Sheffield has been voted as “Development of the Decade for the Region”!

Developer CTP Limited is recipient of the Award that has been judged to have made such a contribution, not only to the City of Sheffield but also seen as significant and important in a regional context.

St. Paul’s Place is a mixed use development which encompasses three new high quality office blocks.  RoC Consulting is proud to have played their part in the delivery of Office 3 Sheffield which completed last year.

The plan was always to deliver an exceptional scheme for this important site, recognising that one is not often given the responsibility to regenerate a key part of a City Centre of such prominence and a scheme of such commercial importance to Sheffield.  Re-establishing of a Central Business District for the City was one of its core aims in the brief laid down by the City Council.

This award is the recognition of the part that the wider design/delivery team have played is helping deliver St Paul’s Place.  Special thanks to the key partners at Sheffield City Council in selecting this project as a winner and who have helped  steer the project through multiple phases over a period of the last 12 years.
