No. 1 Spinningfields celebrated another milestone with its “Topping Out” ceremony on Friday 17 February.  Jon Smith and Rory O’Connor attended on behalf of RoC Consulting.

Speaking at the topping out ceremony from the 19th floor was, Michael Ingall, chief executive of Allied London.

A school band made up of children from various Manchester primaries, performed at the party with a specially composed song called ‘Spinningfields Skyscraper’.

Confirmed occupiers include PwC, Squire Patton Boggs, and Browne Jacobson. Flexible working company WeWork is rumoured to be taking space.
