Portugal Street receives a green light from councillors.  A PRS development consisting of 488 residential apartments within two towers with a communal amenity building and basement car and cycle parking.

The towers are 29 and 23 storeys above ground level and are located to the east of Piccadilly Station in Central Manchester.  The scheme includes 27 car parking spaces, 492 cycle spaces and landscaping.
