Compliance Monitoring

Undertaking Technical Compliance Monitoring roles on a variety of projects, either as a direct and discrete appointment or as a retained service, we have developed the required skillsets to focus on strategic design and specification issues.

The service is utilised by funders, developers and private building inspectors.

Where a contractor offers alternatives to the proposed design or value engineering exercises are undertaken, we are able to provide strategic independent advice on how this may deviate from the contract specification and any impact it may have.

We can provide SER Certification for projects in Scotland or the Channel Islands for compliance with local building standards and byelaws. Technical assessments are undertaken in accordance with the Institution of Structural Engineers Scheme for Approved Persons certifying compliance with the structural requirements of the building regulations.
