We have undertaken projects across all sectors including; commercial, residential, tall buildings (PRS build for sale/build for rent), retail, education, heathcare, stadia, bridges, civic and historic buildings.

Development of a clear client brief is essential to understanding the client’s objectives, needs and aspirations. We work closely with the project managers, architects and mechanical & electrical engineers to create a solution that delivers.

As a forward-thinking practice, we are developing our expertise in Building Information Modelling(BIM) to provide fully co-ordinated design concepts. Efficient, value-added design is at the top of our agenda; we thrive on providing cost-effective solutions which allow more of the client’s budget to be spent on the space and features the end users see, and ultimately, use.

Programme and budget are of paramount importance; we stay involved with the project through to completion to ensure that the brief is delivered.
